1. Registration and Payments
- Registration charges will be paid in advance to begin with the process.
- Payments may be made via bank transfer or UPI as agreed.
- A registration or placement fee may apply. (After completion of contract period)
- Monthly payments (Salaries) should be paid after completion of every month.
- These are the standard salary range which is applicable up to 5 members (adult) in family.
- If family member increases on regular basis the INR 1000 will be added to salary according to per person.
2. Trial Period
- A trial period of up to [2 days] may be offered. (Post registration only)
- During this period, the client may request a replacement if unsatisfied.
- Alternative will be offered if un-satisfied during the trial period.
- No refund will be provided once the maid is placed, except under exceptional circumstances.
3. Responsibilities of Clients
- Clients must treat the workers with dignity, provide a safe working environment, and respect labor rights.
- Clients are responsible for verifying the working hours, breaks, and overtime.
- Any personal agreements (salary hikes, advance payments) are solely between the client and the worker. (With company confirmation only)
- Accommodation and Privacy is mandatory to be provided in In Houses Live In requirement.
4. Responsibilities of Maruti Maid Services
- We conduct basic screening (ID verification, Police verification, Background verification and references cross check) of maids.
- We are not liable for any theft, damage, misconduct, or disputes after placement. (If we are not informed immediately about the incident)
- We recommend clients do additional background checks if needed for their satisfaction.
5. Facilities in Contract
- Service contract will be valid for one year. If want to continue the service post one year you can pay the certain renewal charges.
- No renewal fees to be paid if you continue with the provided help even after the expiration of the contract and do not want the replacement benefit.
- We have the availability of candidates age group from 20 to 50 years old.
- There will be two off in a month with mutual understanding between clients and candidates.
- One time meal must to be provided in 12 hours shift.
6. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services with a notice of 7 days.
- If the worker leaves due to untimely salary service will be terminated.
7. Confidentiality
All client data is kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Maruti Maid Services is not responsible for:
- Misconduct, theft, or damage caused by the domestic help (If we are not informed at the time of incident)
- Health issues or accidents involving the maid during employment (Client has to bear the expenses)
- Disputes arising between the client and maid post-placement (If it was not agreed during the signing of contract)
9. Trial Period
- A trial period of 2 days is provided from the date the maid joins.
- During this period, if the client is not satisfied, an alternate will be arranged.
- The client must notify us within the trial period to be eligible for a replacement.
10. Replacement within Contract Service Period
- If the maid leaves or is terminated within a year, we will provide a free replacement.
- Free replacements are allowed within this period.
- After the one-year additional replacement requests may incur a processing fee (e.g., ₹1,000–₹2,000 per replacement).
11. Conditions for Replacement
A replacement will be provided under the following conditions:
- The maid resigns, absconds, or is found unfit for work.
- The client raises a valid complaint regarding performance, behavior, or reliability.
- The client has complied with agreed payment terms and has not violated the terms of engagement.
12. No Replacement Will Be Provided If:
- The client has mistreated or harassed the maid.
- The maid leaves due to unsafe or abusive working conditions.
- The client has made unauthorized changes to the maid’s work, salary, or hours.
- Un-timely salary paid by client.
13. Replacement Timeframe
- Replacements typically take 3 to 5 working days, depending on availability and client requirements.
- Clients are encouraged to provide clear feedback to help match the next suitable candidate.
14. Registration Fee
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- This fee covers administrative and sourcing costs incurred during candidate shortlisting and background checks as well as for the replacement or any alternative (If required) during the contract period.
15. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional conditions:
- The maid fails to report for work on the agreed joining date and no replacement is possible within 2-3 working days.
- The maid leaves within 15 days, and the client does not want a replacement.
- The client has not violated any of the terms, such as working conditions, payment irregularities, or conduct issues.
- If company failed to provide suitable candidate, then it will be refundable.
16. Refund Timeframe and Process
- Any eligible refund will be processed instantly upon approval.
- Client must submit a written refund request to our office or via email with full details and supporting documents (If required)
- Refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI only.
17. Partial Refunds
- In certain cases where partial service has been rendered, partial refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion.
- For example, if the maid has worked for 15 days and is not a good fit, and the client declines a replacement, a pro-rated refund will be considered after deducting the charges of maid salary of her working period.
18. No Refund Will Be Provided If:
- The maid has worked beyond the trial period.
- The client has requested or accepted a replacement.
- The maid leaves due to mistreatment, unsafe conditions, or verbal/physical abuse.
- The client fails to report issues within 3 days of the problem.
- The client cancels after accepting the maid, but before or during the trial period, without valid reason.
19. Cancellation Policy
- If the client cancels the service before placement, a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the quoted registration fee) will be charged, depending on the stage of the hiring process.
